Music has always been the main attraction for Roger ever since watching his dad sing and play guitar to him in their living room. Born in West Warwick, Rhode Island he soon took up the guitar at the age of thirteen and found himself caught up in high school rock and roll bands, which would carry him throughout his college years and beyond. Roger majored in music at the University of Rhode Island and began honing his skill not only as a singer guitarist but also as a music arranger, writer and producer. Roger also studied at the University of Miami and the University of Texas in Tyler. Before long he would be combining all the gifts the Lord had given him, away from the bars and clubs, into being used to serve the Body of Christ.
In 1980, on a February afternoon, Roger experienced a divine encounter, which would focus his life resolutely. This real tangible moment from above turned a life, which was in a cul-de-sac, going aimlessly round and round into a personal calling to be used of the Lord as His minister. Since then Roger has spent more than thirty years not only as an accomplished tenor soloist and minister through music but also as worship consultant and teacher in several churches and fellowships throughout the U.S. Roger and his wife Katherine have been married thirty-five years. They have three children ranging from the ages of twenty-five up to thirty-four. Currently they reside in Ocala, Florida.
